VLF4EU at the CoVEs Forum 2025 in Kolding

The VLF4EU project was proud to participate in the Centres of Vocational Excellence (CoVEs) Forum 2025, held in Kolding, Denmark. This international gathering brought together representatives from VET centres, policymakers, and industry stakeholders to exchange experiences and explore future pathways for vocational excellence across Europe.

During the event, the VLF4EU consortium presented a poster on Virtual Learning Factories (VLFs), which attracted significant interest and generated lively discussions. Participants highlighted the potential of VLFs to transform vocational training by offering learners, teachers, and companies the opportunity to learn, test, and collaborate in virtual environments connected to real industrial systems and powered by Industry 4.0 technologies.

The forum also gave us the opportunity to meet with many complementary CoVE initiatives from across Europe, opening doors to new collaborations and synergies that will strengthen the impact of VLF4EU.

Looking ahead, the project will continue to co-design and pilot a European framework for Virtual Learning Factories, ensuring that VET and HVET systems can benefit from accessible, scalable, and future-ready training solutions. Upcoming months will bring updates on pilot activities, reference use cases, and opportunities to engage with the VLF4EU network.

Stay tuned for more developments as we work together to shape the future of vocational education through Virtual Learning Factories.
